Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PromptFable Academy, operated by Nifsoft. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The first lesson of each program is open to anyone. You need an account to access the rest of the material, track progress and earn certificates. You agree to give accurate details, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at contact@promptfable.com if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and must not be shared.

You agree not to:

• republish, resell or redistribute the course material or prompt library as your own, or as a competing product
• scrape or bulk-download content, or circumvent any access restriction
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service
• use the service unlawfully, or to produce unlawful or harmful material

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

The programs, lessons, prompt templates and articles on this site remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and in your own professional work, including adapting the prompt templates for your projects. You may not redistribute them as a standalone collection or course.

Anything you submit — prompt attempts, quiz answers, notes — remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service, such as storing it and showing it back to you.

Certificates record completion of a program on this platform. They are not an accredited academic or professional qualification, and they do not confer any formal credential. Each certificate has a public verification page showing your name, the program and the issue date to anyone with its link. We may revoke a certificate obtained through a breach of these terms.

This platform teaches you to work with third-party AI models. Those models can produce output that is wrong, outdated or unsuitable, and the same prompt may produce different results each time. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you use, and we are not responsible for the output of models we do not control, or for decisions you take based on it.

Your use of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other tool is governed by that provider’s own terms.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may carry out maintenance with or without notice.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows. We do not warrant that the content is error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed materially, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing contact@promptfable.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
